Kuk Sool Won, 9th degree black belt
The Traditional Korean Martial art of Kuk Sool Won™, is the end result of
combining the different branches of traditional Korean martial arts, with
all of the traditional fighting arts. As a martial arts system, Kuk Sool
Won™ covers the entire spectrum of the traditional Asian fighting arts
and techniques of body conditioning, as well as mental development and
traditional weapons training.
Master Byung Lee is a 9th degree black belt in the Traditional
Korean Martial Art of Kuk Sool Won. Born in Pusan, South Korea, Master
Lee has been in the United States since 1982, opening his first school in
Berkley, California. Ten years later, he moved with his family to Austin,
Texas, marking his 15 year anniversary in February 2007.
Master Lee emphasizes family martial arts, which is practiced daily in his
school located at 13584 Pond Springs Road (next to ABC Child
Development Center).
