Harvest Art Festival Oct. 21, 2007

Multicultural Artists Partnership is holding its Harvest Festival on Oct. 21, from 2:00pm to 8:00pm. As with any
event, because we have a lot of work ahead of us in preparation for it, we are calling for volunteers and interns
from the general public.
We need help in the following areas:
1. Contacting local businesses for various types of donations.
2. Contacting local artists to actively participate in the Festival by reserving a booth to display their art.
3. Contacting local musicians and other performers to participate in the concerts.
4. Contacting high schools to actively participate in the Festival.
5. On site help for door ticket sales (can take 2-4 hour shifts).
6. On site help for set up (begins at 12 pm), unloading/loading of cars, minimal clean up after the event (breakdown will
begin at 8 pm), and other associated tasks.
What do you get from the event?
1. An opportunity to meet all types of artists and people!
2. Networking and having fun!
3. Personal experience encouraging harmony in our world.
4. A total of 5 free admission tickets for you and members of your family.
