                          Harvest Festival 2007

Event info:
This festival is an early holiday sales and art festival.  MAP is a 501c3 non-profit organization that organizes art festivals 2-3 times a year.  In
addition to artists’ displays, two, one-hour concerts are planned for this festival; 3:30-4:30 PM, and 5:45-6:45 PM.  Our last event, Spring
Festival which was held in March, can be checked out here: www.multiculturalArtFestivals.org.  The new events will be posted on our
website very soon.

Date: Oct. 21, Sunday
Time: 2-8pm
Location: Dell Community Center on 7300 Hart Lane, Austin, TX (Far West Blvd. and Hart Lane). This beautiful facility is conveniently
located in central Austin, has ample parking, and a 6400 square foot exhibition room.  

Who we are inviting:
MAP members and any art, craft or food vendors. Vendors defined as business people who are not artists, who did not make any of the
items in the booth, who sell items on behalf of artists.

Cost:
MAP’s existing members: $25 single booth/$50 double booth (single booth is 8 x 8 ft. Double booth space is 18 x 8 ft.)

New members: $25 single booth/$50 double booth plus $36 membership (from Oct. 2007 to Dec. 2008)

Non-members vendors: $80 single booth/$150 double booth (based on availability). Pay online single vendor booth:

Booth fee includes 4x6 ft long table(s), and 2-3 chairs.
Table cloths will be available for an additional charge of $4 per table.  
All sales proceeds belong to individual artist or vendor.

Payment:
Payment must be received on or before Oct. 16, 2007.  No booth will be reserved without payment. Payments can be made at our website
via Paypal or credit card, or send your check to:
